Ensure all ingredients are fully defrosted. Drain king prawns & coat the chorizo & prawn in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Skewer the prawn & chorizo adding your choice of veg if desired. Season the skewers & cook under a hot grill or on a barbecue for 6 minutes or so turning frequently. Enjoy with your choice of side.
